Cameron Babberney

My practice is about anchoring an experience (relaxation, ease, wellness...) in the body. When you can feel in your body the possibility of growth and healing, it can become your reality.

Through skilled bodywork, we can become more present in our bodies and in our lives. I enjoy working as a craftsman—with skilled conscious touch that is non-judgmental, respectful, and affirmative. For you, my hope is a broader experience of your health and wholeness.

Massage feels nurturing, therapeutic, supportive, primal...

• Swedish massage is the ultimate tactile experience of our length and depth.

• Deep massage engages the nervous system in a way that invites spaciousness into soft tissue.

• Orthopedic massage helps the body heal with specific targeted strokes.

• Myofascial work opens our range of motion.

• Manual lymphatic work assists to clear areas of congestion.

Custom high-quality aromatherapy for $10 with your session is optional: essential oils relieve stress, enhance immunity and engage healing.

Zero Balancing is gentle traction and compression to the bones. When stillness is introduced at our core, we naturally go to a more optimal state. This form of bodywork addresses the relationship between energy and structure in the body. It is a discipline of touching the bone and the energy it conducts in a way that invites congruence and interdependence within the whole person. Zero Balancing opens the body to the flow of vitality in our lives.

Just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for what you do—your healing touch, and for how you do it—with such generosity of spirit. And then there is Zero Balancing: mind like water.

–Leilani Rose

Zero Balancing is a delightful experience. I so value how my body relaxes as my attention follows the gentle pattern of your fingers along my spine. You find all the sensitive spots and touch them gently but decisively, allowing my body to relax around the fulcrum of your fingers. The result is melty, delicious comfort!

Zero Balancing, or ZB, can be done during a massage or as a stand-alone treatment through clothing while lying face up. While the experience is non-invasive, Zero Balancing promotes change at our deepest levels. When touch clearly engages instinct, we can contact body-held trauma, for example, and gently hold as the body moves to a more functional state. Zero Balancing is particularly helpful for:

• Navigating trauma

• Achieving a sense of well-being

• Creating a feeling of congruence in your body and personality

• Making decisions

ZB explores our inner structure and inner stillness. Quantum physics observes that light is both particle and wave, and in fact the two are interchangeable. This is a good model for the relationship between structure and energy in ourselves. Touching structure and energy with clarity and high regard invites our identity to change, health to strengthen, life to flow more easily, and awareness to heighten. As our body opens to the flow of vitality, it is easier to let go of stress and anxiety.
